We can see that these fast food places place a lot of chemicals and preservatives to their food and is almost always a higher calorie count than what you can make at home.

it is a common misconception that fast food is unhealthy and while this is true part of the issue is also believing that it is unhealthy.. Im leaning towards a more holistic perspective on eating naturally and healthy and using principles of nutricion that has already been shown to help those with high melanin and those with low melanin, then it is bad to eat fast food.

I believe it needs to be focused on a lot more and handled in a better way with more government help and money.

in my opinion it matters on what you want to eat if you want to eat healthy or noy

 @9KCL7MK from Oklahoma answered…3mos3MO

Fast food places should be required to offer healthier, ethically sourced food. Many places feed pure garbage, but make it look and taste good so many people still buy it.

Everyone gets to decide what they want to eat for themselves. the government should stay out of that, it's not their decision.
