I believe it is near impossible for young adults to be able to make livable wage in this economy unless they spend 10’s of thousands of dollars on a college degree
The government could redact some expenses from other budgets they create. Budgets that aren't as useful as they once were in order to cover for more current and pressing uses that need higher budgets.
