I believe artists should have complete control over their work because they created it and they get to decide what to do with their work.

I believe that artists should have control over their own art at all times.

I think they should always have control of what their work is because it's theirs. It wouldn't be fair if you worked on a project and someone is taking your work and putting it as theirs. that's just copying

there should be a time limit but the artist should still have some control in how their work is used.

I believe an artist should have complete control of their work unless they were commissioned to do something specifically at a certain date for money. And if the artist does proceed with that commission they should be 100% credited for their work and compensated accordingly for their time.
