This should be a strict requirement for large corporations, but less strict for smaller organizations. Within smaller organizations, the requirement for at least one woman on their board of directors should only be enforced if the prospective women applicants have similar qualifications to their male counterparts. This same pattern of inclusion should be applied to other minority groups as well.
