While minimum wage jobs can develop experience, people are living in poverty more than ever and are possibly unable to attain higher paying jobs; a living wage is required if we wish to put humanity over bourgeoise profits. If a business is unable to pay its employees, that business should have no right to exist since it cannot provide for its employees in the capitalist system. This is not a kooky socialist thing; this is a logical and well thought out argument from a scientific leftist.
