Yes, but tax subsidies shouldn't be provided to wind as it produces a lot of waste in the form of fiberglass construction pieces, is costly to maintenance and take up a lot of space, working best in the ocean. Instead we would be best providing those same subsidies to the nuclear industry, where we have a proven safe, effective and clean source of energy that could today replace coal and oil in a matter of a decade, or less.
